Report a concern
Email info@rektrs.com with the subject “Copyright notice” and the exact page or file URL. This is our general copyright contact, not a claim of a registered U.S. DMCA agent.
What to include
Identify the protected work and disputed material, with sufficient detail to locate each. Provide your name and contact details, your signature, confirmation that you sincerely believe the use is unauthorized, and a declaration that your information is accurate and that you own the rights or may act for the owner. Where a DMCA notice applies, include the required statement under penalty of perjury.
Review and response
We review notices, may seek clarification, and assess restriction, removal or correction. If you believe a removal was mistaken, send the relevant URL, evidence of permission and your contact details. Any formal counter-notice is handled under the applicable law; no universal deadline is promised here.
Applicable process
The U.S. DMCA has specific eligibility, notice and agent-registration requirements. This page alone does not establish safe-harbor eligibility. Other jurisdictions may use different processes. Do not send knowingly false claims or unnecessary personal records.
